Stainsafe has been helping people keep their furniture beautiful since 1985. When we created Stainsafe two decades ago, there were very few companies offering furniture protection plans. We believed, however, that the basic manufacturer warranty on furniture wasn't enough to protect people's new furniture. So, we set out to cover what manufacturers won't - accidental stains, rips, tears, burns and more.

When you call Stainsafe, you will be connected our Florida based Customer Care Center and will talk to one of our trained customer service agents. Our agents will work with you in an effort to help you get that damaged furniture repaired. We are here to answer questions, offer advice on cleaning techniques and help you get a claim filed.
